I'm honestly beginning to fear for the future of our club if Stubbins is around next season.

If we don't get a new coach in and give him the opportunity to bring in his players and have a full preseason it's another season down the drain.

It'll be three or four years before we recover from this, unless this muppet goes NOW

This has gone well passed the point of no return. His position must surely soon become untenable.

I'm in Singapore next week but am a tad worried about its laws. If I spit on Tinks, will I be fined for littering?

He must only be surviving because no one else has the tickets. Who else is qualified?

Post match interview "we got to identify where we need to strengthen"... That would be in the forwards , scoring, the midfield , defence, the coach, the owner,... Pretty much everything. Just roll out this same interview for the remaining games, says the same dribble each week anyway "we were the second best team on the park" etc. **** off Stubbins, **** off Tinkler

Someone is benefitting from the team not winning. That's why he is staying.

He's had 21 games to determine where we need to strengthen.

From the looks of the decisions he makes, stubbins has determined we need to strengthen in the cooking utensil department.

There starts to be a case for a business decision to be made based on potential income v cost of sacking the coach.

It's been the general belief on here previously, prior to the sacking, that we wouldn't sack Stubbins because we didn't have the cash to do so. I think the amount to pay out his contract (PO) needs to be weighed up against the potential loss of income from disgruntled season ticket holders (TH). If the TH income is > PO of stubbins + potential cost of replacement, then sack stubbins!

This is possibly making more sense why Zane was sacked, because he actually has his coaching badges and is a potential internal threat to Stubbins coaching position.

Out of interest, has Zane's termination been completed?

Bridges is no great loss from the club. Plus it would be a good idea to have a coach finally with the right connexions not the wrong connexions

You are spot on and I guess in any normal organisation this would be what they would be weighing up, but as we all know with Tinks in charge....this is not a normal organisation.
