^^^^Jets opt not to re-sign Caravella
Newcastle Jets can confirm that the Club will not retain the services of veteran midfielder Zenon Caravella beyond the current Hyundai A-League campaign.
The former Adelaide and Gold Coast United midfielder is currently sidelined with an ankle injury sustained against Perth Glory recently. If fit, Caravella will be considered for selection for the Club’s final match of the Hyundai A-League 2014/15 season away to Brisbane Roar next Friday.
Newcastle Jets wish to thank Caravella for his services to the Club over the past three Hyundai A-League seasons, and hope for good fortune for himself and his family in the future.
