Had another one the other week that had come up from Sydney where he had been at WSW and not getting a look in there. Had also spent time at Everton and had come to Newy for an opportunity.

One wonders what exactly he was promised as he was playing in the Yoof team in the NPL until 2 weeks ago where he has since disappeared. May well be injured and haven't heard what happened to him but would not be surprised to find out he has rocked up been promised the earth. Nothing has been delivered and he has turned around and left.

The amount of kids brought into the Yoof team from outside the area who **** off mid season is staggering
Bilic Russell Olsson etc

Whom is responsible for this and why needs to be addressed.



As for Pavicevic have been watching him closely at NPL level in recent weeks and I have to ask serious questions as to how and why he was given a 2 year senior contract.
If he is HAL ready then I have Lionel Messi like talents with the football at my feet.

Cowburn Pappas Michael Kanta should be asking serious questions as to why they haven't been given a deal. Matter of fact 90% of the squad in the NPL team is better than him


Don't even get me started on how Pavicevic got a senior deal and Kale never got anything from the club other than being shit on as I will leave that one well alone

I agree. Mulvey is too combustible. We need a gaffa that can be both flexible with various player personalities and at the same time provide the necessary discipline.

Mulvey inherited an extremely talented and well coached squad and, despite a short term success, slowly unravelled all of Ange's good work. The Mulvey squad at the end of his tenure was a shambles and very short on cohesion and structure. No way to Mulvey.

I would be chasing Ange Postecoglou Ernie Merrick or Arnold in this country.

I know they have other gigs but they are the only 3 I would consider for our role here.

Everyone else here has either failed and is unemployed or has no experience

Whoever we get all I ask for as a supporter is that in the decision process we get a coach who is a true mentor, almost like a father figure to his players......one who the players want to play for week in week out.
One who doesn't play "favourites" but picks the best XI available every week and knows how to get the best out of his players and doesn't blame others when things are not working but takes full responsibility.
One who says things with meaning and substance and shows transparency so that supporters are not treated like mushrooms in the dark.
One who inspires confidence in his players to realise their true potential.
One who brings back honesty and integrity to the role so that supporters can believe in him and trust him.
Most importantly, one who knows how to instill a winning mentality and winning culture in the club and the players!

Having said all that I've read it back and it pretty well sums up everything that Stubbins is NOT!
