Thats what I'm saying. I hope you can maintain your squad over the next few seasons to compete in the higher grade.
Last time you guys went up everyone left and it was a real shame because you had such a good team. It would be a real shame to see the same thing happen again. I wish you guys all the very best in the future.
Good luck for the finals and next year Bud.
Go the Strikers.( you like that )?
I think keeping a squad is the key to all teams (promoted or relegated)

It was a shame in 2011 - i think Eags held such a sway over the squad they would follow him any where.... probably different now based on the fact most of the team has been through it before. ....

Speaking of grounds how would everyone rate in order? Obviously some may not have an idea with one round to play as I've never played at rathmines before so I'll leave it out:
    Nelson bay
    Charlie (cricket pitch ruins it)
    Stocko
Warners bay (when dry and mowed)
    Cookers (mid year)
    Morry (cricket pitch ruins it)
    Bero
    Kotara (only seen wet)
    Jeso (heaton)

    Nelson bay
    Charlie (cricket pitch ruins it)
Morry (There is no Cricket pitch - no cricket for 3 + years on this ground - League is the real issue)
Warners bay (when dry and mowed)
Stocko - wind is the issue here
    Bero
Cookers (Most uneven ground in the comp - how do they play NEWFM on this)
    Kotara (only seen wet)
    Jeso (heaton)

Charlie (if it had no cricket pitch)
    Warners bay (high side pitch)
    The following are all rubbish
    Bero
    Morry
    Kotara
    West lakes
    Stocko
    Cookers
    Jeso

More money def needs to be pumped into improving our pitches.
    From top to bottom.

Athletics field you want to play on in first half of the year. Whilst it has good grass cover the undulations aren't too bad, once that grass goes she's pretty ordinary

That is poor for mine. If they had of left before the season the team could have been regraded more suitably. can understand if 1 or 2 were offered to play in a much better league else where.

Well it'll be Ladies Day when you visit Rathmines Wilso so if you like food platters and champers you'll love our facilities.

    As for grounds....
    Nelson Bay superb
Cookers ( played there rd 2 ground was good and facilities superb)
Stockton wasn't there personally but heard good things.
Warner's Bay good field couldn't fit an U6 team in their sheds though.
Kotara South not bad pitch but goalposts didn't look very rectangular......
Beresfield pitch did all sorts when a ball was passed.
Morisset we played at juniors at night which was fine the other place is a footy field and a swamp!
Jesmond and Charlestown both ruined by a cricket pitch in the middle!!

as ICEBURG10 mentioned. Cookers facilities are superb. Changerooms etc are EPL standard compared to most npl clubs. GET that pitch level!

More meant if your fellas bring their better halves they'll have a good day as well.

But I'll be sure to tell the Cougars that Rolo will be on the prowl!
