I will lay my cards on the table. The bloke is rubbish
Party tricks are useless if there is no end product
I see no end product at all from him
Anyone can go out and try some Maradona move.
Not much good if you pull it off 50 metres from goal and then your pass is over hit or cut out like it constantly is with this bloke
10 games in has he had a serious chance on goal???
Not that I recall
Nah Carney's staying. Loves the lake.
Won't be able to pull the bong out on his boat over there
RE: lack of end product/assists - its hard to provide when we don't shoot. League lowest shots of 79, Nearest rival for that title sits on 92. trailing the leaders of that category (City) by almost 70 (145)
Looks like Rob Cornthwaite not staying in Malaysia.....is he any good?....also shame right back not left back I guess

Some of these Mexican and African players who just play a game in Japan would be very good acquisition for us.... Just saying

How the **** is Poljak flying under the radar from the fans giving him some stick on the foz? He's been no better than Watson from what I have seen and looks a tad on the slow side as well.
Oh and a big hell no to Cornflake becoming a Jet.

My take on it, about Poljak is : if not for him we would have conceded as many goals as last year (after 10 rounds), would not have scored as many as we did (this year) and prob would be tied last with Gypos ..???.. Interesting how we all got different opinions about each individual players .....

You make a very good point.
Topor was on a huge contract well beyond what he would have been demanding elsewhere and Elrich's form was probably not in line with what he was being paid either.
The same might be true for Poljak at WSW. They probably found better value elsewhere.
Alternatively, when coaches are not getting results they usually point the finger at the players rather than their own inadequacies. As such it could be argued that Topor and Elrich were shafted by a coach looking to shift the blame for the teams poor performances and Popovic given his teams poor performances may have done exactly the same.
My opinion is that while Poljak is technically very sound he doesn't bring anything to the table when it comes to goals - and midfielders need to score goals or at least be able to thread a quality pass to a striker.
