So to compare their lack of opportunity compared to Australia's best youth players that are at other clubs is a bit unfair. Cooper on the other hand could have had more minutes IMO but it appears after the first half against city early in the year he was not trusted by the gaffer until more recently.
Playing for Oz at youth level is not a good indicator of quality for a senior contract.

Look at our past youth internationals and who made it at pro level.
