I not understand the logic behind Roar not keeping him

Last season and in the ACL he showed a great deal of promise and potential


Aloisi comes in and he can't get a look in.


Wonder what the reasons are for that


I can understand him wanting to come here to get First XI football if his chances at Roar are limited but it beats me as to why Roar released him so readily.

Even if he didn't get a look in this year he would be one for the future particularly with Broich about 35-36


Wonder really why he got let go and are we picking up damaged goods???

You already said it. Aloisi doesn't rate him nearly as highly as Thijssen did.

If he plays well and we can always find Clut, I reckon we will come first. Knowing the Jets though we'll always be lost and end up closer to the bottom.

Clut trialled with WSW before heading to Brisbane and Poppa didn't sign him because of his attitude problem. WSW saying no to a local lad says a lot to me.

I'd like to try and be optimistic but I don't see Clut being anything other than Mitch Cooper mk2 under Miller.
