Is it just me or are the players very boring?
Is it just me or are the players very boring?
Despite the lack of theme music, I enjoyed this episode more than the last.
Another offseason episode available to listen & download. Dave chats to Brogan from behind the game podcast about WSW & then Edgy treasurer Warren Mills to preview tomorrow night's FFA Cup clash

I’m looking for some assistance and contributors.
I’m working on a project for the Jetstream to mark the 10 year anniversary of the Grand Final win by recalling the season through the eyes of the fans and the players over a series of pods. While it's a long way off, these things don’t get pulled together over night.
I’d really like to speak with anyone willing to give me some time to get your view or recount on games during the season (stories related to the team). This could be from away days, vantage points of goals, involvement in TIFO – particularly those involved in the Grand Final TIFO, memorable games such as the first away win in Gosford, the entire finals series, the win in Melbourne where we came from behind and Griff scored an amazing free-kick.
If you’d like to give some of your time to speak with me, please PM what matches or memories you’d like to talk about me and we can organise to chat.
Cheers - JP

Looking to have two episodes per week on an ongoing basis. A preview episode will go up Friday (unless we play on a Friday then it will go up Thursday) and a review episode will go up Tuesday.
Will appreciate feedback on this as we progress throughout the season.

So two episodes a week now, and some new contributors on board.
Does anyone have any feedback on the new setup? Or was a single episode a week preferred to the current two?

Nah I like the 2. Can see that it's quite a commitment but it definitely adds to the format to have a pre-game and post game pod. Really feels like you have a solid format this year and coming off quite polished imo
Rd2 review podcast will be available from 7am

Well done to the people involved with the podcast as they do a good job. Will the opening theme song for the show change though if the Jets can say get ten wins on the board ?
Maybe we keep the song as a nod to the past haha
btw podcast is now available, for some reason it doesnt like it when i schedule the post to publish at 7am. Might have to pick a different time.

for our starting XI, would moving Brown next to Ugarkovic and slotting Devante to were Brown is be worth a shot?
Why would we want to change a winning combination ?
This is true, but when looking at the game against brisbane, we really came into our own in the second half with devante on the pitch. I reckon he'd easily have it in him to play a full game, and he is a natural no.10.
Back in the finnish league i'm of the belief that brown was more comfortably a midfielder or defensive mid then he was an attacking mid. No one i feel would argue that Brown seems to be a better player then Kanta or Poljak
I understand the idea of if it ain't broke dont fix it, was more spitballin an idea that could work maybe at a point in the second half, and if it goes well maybe implement it for a full game
