It is the licensee's responsibility to uphold the RSA laws - ultimately they are responsible and can have their liquor license terminated if they are found to have breached requirements.
The security company and bar staff that kept serving this idiot should be being monitored by the licensee.

The issue is these two clubs have a history when competing against each other, until nnswf comes down hard with hefty fines, loss of points etc etc it will not end, this is far from a one off for both clubs

That seems to be a pretty big fine. Especially when you consider I think someone previously stated that you only get about $10,000 for winning the league. Need a fact checker there.

Fairly sure hawk means 1k fine directly to the person. Which is pretty lenient given that streakers at most large sporting venues end up more than 5k out of pocket, and one poor bloke got a 3 month gaol term a few years ago from an NRL match.

Enforcement of the fine would be a civil matter and probably passed onto the police or state infringement office same as a parking ticket etc. NNSWF power comes from directly banning this person from any football activity for a period of time, implementing the National Banning Policy due to breaches of the SCC and TA.

Irrespective of fines, the precedent has been if you are removed by security from a venue you are banned. When the streaker returned he was evicted by security. Case closed.

We are all worried about a streaker. I would love to hear anyone who didn't find it funny. Where i was sitting in the grandstand near to some magic people, even they found it quite funny. Surely there are bigger areas to improve than the once in a life time streaker event.

This all just seems petty to me. This rubbish between Edgeworth and Magic is old, who cares? Both seem to be as bad as one another in different ways.

I'm sure if it had happened at Magic Park the howls of disgust on here wouldn't be happening.
