Is there some reason why he has to wait to June 1st??

If once he finished at WSW there no real reason why they couldn't sign off on a release and get him playing straight away

Is there some Northern ruling that you can't play new players until June 1 or something??

Pretty sure theres a FIFA wide rule something along the lines of you cant play for more than 2 clubs in the one season. Or cant move more than twice. Something similar.

Last I remember his agent is the same bloke who manages Raheem and has a pile of blokes at or previously at the club and is a local to Newy as well
