Wallsend were definitely dangerous on the counter and had a few chance however in the second half Suburb were camped in Wallsends half and were lining up. Wallsend Keeper and some last ditched defending kept it respectable, some of the goals from both sides were first class.

Big day for Cooks Hill if Stoko and the subbies win their catch up matches as per table and they don't get all 3 points today they will be just about out of it. A big shock for a team with that much pedigree... seemed to have lost their way this year in a comp that lost 3 of its big guns... Is that how you guys see it? I'm away now so only follow comp through this forum and table results... Preseason I assumed they would be way too strong for the first past the post comp with their depth and record what has gone so wrong?

Well that light banter certainly escalated..I've never heard something like that at cooks hill, ever. I would have thought if a comment like that was made there would have been some chat around the ground..didn't hear anything.
