I think you'll find Dudley would beat most New-FM teams and provide a decent challenge to the bottom half of NPL. They're a strong squad.

Up 4-1 and conceded a few late goals. Sure, Valo a weak and full of fresh blood, but they'll grow over time.

Half of the NEW-FM teams and probably 1-2 NPL teams the shouldn't be there, only there to make numbers because their facilities are nice.

Until we have true PRO/REL all the way from NPL to ZL3, we will never truly have competitive competitions in NPL/NEW-FM.

Heard of the Valo goals one was a penalty and one was a contentious one with the linesman ruling it over the line with no one thinking it was the case

    Hats off to Edgy
Have announced that entry to Wednesday nights FFA cup game against Valo will be free

But again Azzurri score low marks, they have announced that their FFA cup game v Lakes will have a $5 entry fee

Anyway that makes the decision easy
Off to Jack for a nights entertainment, couple of beers, bacon and egg roll, nice one Edgy

With the money they rumoured to be paying Ljubo, i am amazed it's only $5 entry. Really poor form from Charlestown.

A nice touch from Edgeworth to make it free.

This is why I won't go to any NPL club charging an entry fee for FFA Cup games against non a-league club.

I'll happily spend way more than $5 at the bar/canteen to support the club rather then pay the $5 entry fee.

Just goes to show which clubs are looking for a cash grab rather than to showcase the football they have to offer really.

Weston have advised that they will have free entry on Wednesday night. Thornton however are charging $5 against Magic. Maybe that’s a tactic to keep their supporters away.

Well done to Weston and all clubs with free entry, hope it works for them and we all as football supporters go out and support those clubs

Like I said, couple of beers, a feed and watch some good soccer

    Spirit of the cup

I for one will be going to watch the Terrace boys take on Adamstown can guarantee they will not be charging money for the game. ( not sure how they could if they wanted to with two entireties to the ground, 3 if if you come via boat).
A tip to anyone making that trip byo chair/ blanket and dress warm it gets rather cold out that way.

    Half Time Terrace V Adamstown
    0-1
Terrace had the better of the chances, Town caught Terrace napping of a throw and made them pay.
