All banter aside anyone from Cardiff want to give a run down of the match? Did your first grade team swap and play in the reserve grade fixture? I see that match went to script.

Azzurri vs Stockton next week, move the game to Friday and put it on Bar tv

From what I've been told the field was a shit fight cardiff conceded From set pieces and were already thinking they had won the game by double figures before it even started 🤔

Cardiff talk the talk but produce nothing and then get offended when people on voice an opinion but draw with the whipping boys wow

Definitely not when it's like that for both teams
Be interesting next week if there's some changes for cardiff, ressie boys building into the season nicely

They?re far from being relegated yet, especially after Cardiff gifted them a point, if they beat Stockton this week they?re in a good position to survive

Face it Azzurri were probably lucky Cardiff couldn?t score or take advantage of how ordinary Azzurri are so there best option would be to go down as opposed to to getting fogged every week

Why? Because they put a few goals past a mid table Mayfield team? They should be more concerned that they conceded two goals. Wont be winning anything with that leaky defence.

From what I have seen I don?t think they care. Seem to be happy to back themselves to score more than the opposition.

Wasn?t Mayfield talked up before a ball was kicked to be a dark horse ?

How?d that work for them against Kotara. If you keep a clean sheet you can?t lose. Hoping to out score a team everytime is a risky philosophy the better the standard gets

Croatia just ended Mayfield’s season over the weekend. As for Kotara I have said this before the wheels are falling off for them just hope the engine doesn’t completely blow and they miss out on finals

3 GK errors cost them 3 goals and missing 4/5 starters didn?t help.

Some might laugh by Cardiff are a better side than Kotara and yes I know what the ladder says.

Wasnt Cardiff talked up before a ball was kicked as well? Turns out they cant even win at home against the worst team ever seen in ZL1. Point being you cant take pre season predictions too seriously.

Still Suns for me. Best depth in the competition and they have the capability to go on a long winning run to see the out season if they have to.

Speaking of Suns I have not seen Lofty around here for awhile. I know being their main spokesperson he has copped a bit of flack at times over the years but personally I dont mind the guy and the forum is a better place for having him around.

Will be interesting to see how Pasadena recover.

Game probably shouldn't have gone ahead.

6 - 2 doesn't reflect the game IMO. With a 2 x keeper mistakes and 1 x CB mistake helping Croatia pile on.

The goal from Cowburn was probably one of most powerful hit shots I've seen in local league football.
