Again from what I have seen this year Azzurri are the most aggressive side in the comp relying on physicality, disrupting play and constantly disputing the refs call to stop the opposition playing. Just my opinion.
That is a lie. Magic killed the game through aggressive non footballing behaviour. weve all seen it. Its right through the system there.
Azzurri are a strong side & reacted physically but it changed their game. Some call it smart play but it bogan tactics. Azzurri was on top playing decent footy for the 1st 25-30mins. Then the physical stuff started. Now theyre all men out there and you have to adjust and suck it up but it did ruin a decent game of footy. If the ref had of applied the rules correctly Magic would have been penalised out of the game.
Maybe the next ref might have some balls to apply the laws correctly. I wouldnt count on it.

Wow, I didn’t realise I’d stir up this much reaction, just like Red I know what I say and believe I’m entitled to an opinion. Obviously I’ve struck a raw nerve with some of the Azzurri faithful.

unlucky to new lambton there. Almost pulled off the impossible, tough being at 3 man disadvantage for so long.

1 win all season, isn't unlucky.
Your fortunes in NL1 next season, may bring you luck ,providing any players stay

    "I don't really know what's going on"
    Let me try and summerize
    - 1 win all year,
    - I'll disciplined with red cards this year
    - position last on table
    - 3 seasons in NPL and bottom 3 in each
    - relegation on the horizon.

Also, will be amazed if any of your current squad in all 3 grades stays for NL1.
    How did I go!

    NL really struggling this year.

Thought I’d watch the replay of the red cards.

First one looks like he jumped to charge down the kick and landed on the keeper. Replay doesn’t show the actual contact so hard to comment accurately. Maybe a smidge harsh for a straight red if it was incidental contact, unless it was an uncontrolled lunge - which is probably the interpretation of the referee.

Second one, I’m not sure why everyone looks so puzzled. (Only explanation was that it wasn’t his second yellow). Thought it was a blatant late trip from behind. Easy yellow. Very silly if player on a yellow.

They did well to keep it 0-0 with 9. Disappointing to lose a point in the last minute due to a ricochet pinball roulette goal.

And knocked out of the Cup by a 4th division team.

100% agree with the second red card. I think the player didn't know he was on a yellow. Still was a second yellow and therefor red. First one just simply wasn't, but these things happen.

For me the issues with officiating were outside of the cards, some very baffling choices that make the cards look worse than they are when compounded. I guess it's a positive that all matches are filmed now. Hopefully it's used for education.

Considering we're talking about this specific game and the contents within it, quite poor.

"last place having bad season" is a good shout though, ripping analysis.

Look, hopefully new lambton don't go to the brink of extinction as a club as a result. I think they'll be OK. Would need some unfathomable levels of incompetence for that to happen.
