And fully agree here. We always have our differences but always good mates afterwards. I am certainly not suggesting dungog rely on refs to win games. Stocko played shit. Dungog played good. Won the game. End of story. Just have a massive issue with that ref cause in my opinion he's a douchebag. Not because of that decision. That part is up to him. It's just a constant issue whenever I have played a game with that ref where he has no clue wtf he is doing and gets confused all the time.
But all in all that's why we love football. Mates like myself and BJ can always have differing opinions and fight about it till the cows come home (all the way to dungog ) but there is always the next game to look forward to

Hopefully we turn up this week last week we were by far the better team but just couldn't score after holding so much possession but at the end of the day if you can't score possession means jack shit and u don't win
Toronto really only had one decent chance which we gifted them from a terrible pass from our point of view but was a killer through ball for there striker lol
It was just one of those days for us after playing so well the 2 weeks before
If we turn up this week hopefully we get the result being new to this comp we don't know what any teams are like really but there strong team / weak team doesn't matter we just need to lift after last week and try and get back on track

Nope, it was for triple points! We tried to organise the catch up games, once they didn't rock up I believe and then they wouldn't organise another! Then the federation had a hide to make it in to triple point game when we had half the team unavailable, I know I was on work shift and some couldn't make it. We luckily snuck at draw.
First time I have ever played Simba last week.
Will have to see if Dungog can get one, people would probably like a beer after a long trip out there

Surely you must be kidding Roosta, to say Kurri were the better team is as one eyed as you can get, Toronto should have won 3 or 4 nil, the tackles from behind by your boys were woeful, we dominated play, and at a guess had 65% possession, Toronto had one decent chance ? , I counted about seven....... think you should go back to Birralee and dream of that liquor licence mate, then again, from the above ridiculous comments.... you dont need beer ......

Note : Roosta is actually correct in all he said , im just sick of Dungog and Stockton declaring there love for each other on here.... time Toronto had a rival .... lol.

I read this and was like oh crap not again. Lol. But in saying that I think it's great for this comp! The rivalries make it so much more interesting. I think the banter on this forum is healthy as long as its in good spirits. Sundays and Mondays are for bashing on about certain opinions then by Tuesday we should be moving on. Which has happened and its good!

On a side note I love simba being in our comp but I really hope by the back half of this year they sort their organisational skills out so we don't have the same fiascos seen last season. I don't wanna see teams being forfeited or games being played for triple points that have a massive bearing on the finals

Well rolo I think you wouldn't be happy if we played on while one of your players was down and then scoring during that passage, which we had practically stopped playing due to our injuried player in quite some pain. Any who, I'm happy to end it here,

Yet you still called many different expletive ridden things which I can handle but its the cheat part that does not sit well with me. I'm many things on a soccer field but I am not a cheat and by the sounds of it you still think I am. The fact that I tried to apologise and shake your hand but you refused shows some serious disrespect. I know you were upset about losing but to call someone a cheat is the lowest of the lows in my opinion as I'm sure it is a lot of other people. I agree with rolo that he is a lot of things on the field haha but he wouldn't cheat bud. He has done a lot for our club and he respects the Stockton name!
I hope you cop the rough end of the stick and lose a game from it, so we can see if your still all high and mighty on the rules and the quality of linesman out your way.

Annoyed we list yes like all out boys, but when you came over, I ended shaking your hand saying "if you say didn't see him in front of you, then ok" and I said if it ended 2-1 without that incident than all is well. Against cooks hill their ref disallowed a goal for offside with no flag being put up by the Lino and then straight after they were miles offside, scoring and he didn't over rule that one and like when kurris player grabbed our young fella by the throat with both hands threatening him for like 5-10 secs in front of ref and got off with nothing. No point complaining though at.

Yeah, if I had more time I would love to keep being a ref. I know people hate getting yelled at etc but I loved it and money was decent. Just unfortunate people drop out from ring one.
Yeah I think we may need to improve for the bero game this wkd.

I predict that most games won't get a referee. This will mean that mon to wed will be taken up with debate about shit calls made by club refs etc. Dungog will look awesome in their warm up shirts, Torono probs won't get a full squad and blame the loss on numbers, stoko will debate every call for days, Kurri will play shit football but probably win, cookers will get 20 people in the technical area this week making cocktails, Bero will be making sure their lights work for cookers visit. Simba wont say much and mayfield will probs lose again!!!
