It is easier said than done to change appointments at short notice-very few clubs advise our appointment board that games are off and we are not always able to contact our referees-they can read about cancellations on the wet weather line if it is correct but then our appt board person has to redo games and this is not a five minute job-unfortunate but a fact of life

And there was no officials at all that's the worst thing you would think we would have attest got one turn up but it's done now anyway hopefully we have some next week
Yeh we are normally pretty lucky at stocko we often get the AA refs to run a line or two. Will have to take our chances if we are to beat that keeper of yours. Always seems to keep you guys in the game and can be the difference between going home with all 3 points or none. See how we back up after a possible mid week game this week too. Should be a very even game after you guys have got some players back. See yas next week!

Your GK was awesome. I watched the 1st grade game and he was a true leader. Is he the coach or captain ? Lots of talk etc from him at half time. That body check he put on the cookers player on the edge of the D when it was one on one was hardcore !!

Simba v stocko has been called off. Possibly being replayed on Wednesday
Any news on when this is getting replayed?

we were to play tonight at mayfield but simba never notified mayfield about this game and using their grounds , they just thought we would show up and everything would be right ( WRONG ) , we then tried to move the game to stockton ( reverse the round ) the federation wont take it , they seem to think that simba will get confussed and show up at the wrong ground come 2nd round WTF , so who nows when this game will be played , it really stinks when our ground is right to go any day this week but the federation holds us back for what ???? , i would assume we will play at mayfield 1 day this year , considering simba lights are no good to play under.

We ( Toronto ) were going to switch rounds with them also, then it got hit on the head, so instead of playing on a wednesday night at finnan , it got changed to simbas ground ( stephenson park ) the week after.... low and behold simba turned up at finnan the night it was on but got cancelled. They definitely not best organised.

BTW ...... not sure who is with Dungog on here ( acko ? ), any word on Dungog v Toronto rescheduled fixture yet ?

Stevenson park is mayfields home ground. The tafe is simbas. They organise catch up games at Stevenson but don't tell mayf. Get used to it. It's how they roll.

Also apparently some simba boys were telling a mate from work they were going to smash us last night.. Think someone forgot to tell them the catch up game got cancelled.. Whoops haha

BJ might be able to shed some light on your catch up game

We were really pushing for Sunday as it would help you guys and most of us were available. But I believe it had fallen through for whatever reason. So may well be a midweek or another Sunday within the fortnight

I reckon you boys have an advantage with all these bus trips heading up your way. Teams seem to play shitter as its a different prep for the game. As we did haha. Also should take advantage of the possible food and drink requirements
