Anyone got an idea on the average/typical attendances at NBN Games?
I found mentioned in the 2011 NNSWF annual report that the average weekly attendance was 1600 across 5 games (I assume) so 320 per game. Also assuming Magic/Hamilton would get more 450? and Valentine/Lake's less 200? (They took that performance measure out in 2012 - replaced it with grand final attendance - aimed for 2500, got 4300)
Anyone in the know have some recent real numbers?
The average club would get approx 250 to 350 through the gate (including children and free passes which are never counted as no ticket is given) throughout the day. The hard thing is keeping these people there all day as I'd guess only half that number would be there for the main game. You also get a large number of people who come in after the gate person leaves the post.
Broadmeadow and Olympic get better numbers but the average club's would be there abouts what I've posted above.
Olympic don't have the support they use to, edgeworth and phoenix are the worst gates going on numbers from this season at gunners, depends how you look at it though, edgeworth have good support at home but they don't travel, so it's hard to measureOriginally Posted by JCBT
How does everyone think the grounds are going this weekend fixtures? We have had consistent rain. No chance for drying either. Do we suspect that most games will be off this weekend?
P.S with the local weather site showing a 90% chance of rain over the next few days i am getting off the fence and saying not many if any games will be played this weekend. The weather radar looks terrible too.
