I have seen playing out from the back sessions done by about 5 good coaches in the last 3 years (at coaching conferences), and last nights was one of the better ones, with several second phase aspects covered which I had not seen before.

How good would it be for the kids in the new NPL structure if they were all getting coaching of that standard! (Which is where we will hopefully get to....)
It gave me a good appreciation of how much time it takes to get to that level, playing out is only one aspect of many that need to be dealt with. It was a very professional performance from Deansy. I don't mind the "over coaching" in that situation as it was a demonstration session and GVE was highlighting the coaching points CD was making.
