Was in the bakery before, and had a funny little story happen. A league fan (I could tell he was a league fan because he had a fluro work singlet on, double pluggers, and boardies with a big giant Knights logo on them) walked in and this played out:

League Fan to counter girl - ey love, don't wanna buy nuffin but can you put me lunch in the microwave for us?
Counter girl - um, ok, how long for?
Leaguey - let's go 2 minutes 60.
Counter girl - um, so 3 minutes?
Leaguey - nah, not that long. But go 2minutes 80, just to be safe.

I see valid points but for those of us that watched NSL games in the 70's between JUST and Hakoah with a crowd of 300 the current climate is eye opening and just wouldn't be believed back then.

Yeah there are some higher ups in the nrl that only think about themselves.

Classic example was Ray Hadley commenting on Friday night that the broncos should always host round one at suncorp and kinda showed the a-league disrespect in terms of scheduling.
