Check your accounts people, I've got a pending transaction of about $1700 (3 x Cat 1 tickets for all 3 matches). Looks like they've done the PMA draw!

Confirmed the deduction is from FIFA at the Bank.

Looks like I now have 2 x tickets for the Dutch game in Porto Alegre.

Could be a bit of an issue if they check when they have the same person with 2 tickets to the same game on the same Credit Card Same passport Same everything etc when I go to pick them up in Rio

Awesome. Got the same as you MFKS for myself and two mates.
Anyone received the email from FIFA yet confirming? Do you guys know how the ticket pickup works? We go to Rio before the WC starts so it would be handy to be able to pick them all up there, but I'd imagine its a venue in each city...

Could be anywhere in Rio as FIFA haven't announced where it will be yet.

There will apparently be a venue in all 12 host cities available

Anyone have any luck in the FCFS overnight.

Me spent 2 and a half hours in the queue before getting in.

When i got in obviously the good stuff was long gone.

Checked a few ticket options about but most of the options were $200 a ticket and then $300-$500 transport to get there to watch two teams I had little interest in.

Best option was about $350 for ticket and transport to Algeria V Russia but being in Sao Paulo that day I like my chances more of getting tickets to Sth Korea V Belgium.

So empty handed again but I at least got in the room this time

    Semi in Brasilia???

Thought the semis were in Belo Horizante and Sao Paulo

The 3rd place playoff is in Brasilia though that game shouldn't be too hard to get tickets for. When I got in it was still available but no use to me as I will be gone from Brazil by then.

Should meet up with you for the Honduras Ecuador game.
Scored ticket for that myself in the last Ballot!!

Give it one thing that Virtual Queue is a joke that beggars belief. I used 3 different PC'S on 3 different browsers last night. It took me 2 and a half hours to get in. The PC I logged on last with was the one that got through and the one that was logged in first got in 2nd.

The whole virtual queue is a farce and no way in the world is there any fairness with it but more pot luck.

What is also more ridiculous is the amount of payment issues people had and lost tickets because of the System failing

Be just easier to issue more tickets in the ballots and stop with the charade of this circus and the wasting of millions of peoples time around the world only to be left dissappointed

After watching the Classico between Real and Barca yesterday am really looking forward to seeing Spain's raping of us in the flesh. That Iniesta bloke is probably the most under rated footballer on the planet. I know he is already a great player but as far as I am concerned his profile is nowhere near as high as it deserves to be and the bloke misses out on a shitload of plaudits that lesser players get regularly

Doesn't have the highlight reel spectacular moments of Messi/CR7 etc but for actually applying the basic skills of the game you would teach kids the bloke is the best on the planet.

Shame in one regard he plays in such great teams where his skills are often hidden from receiving the due recognition they deserve. The way he won that penalty to win the game was ingenious and just the way he keeps the ball, controls it and the composure he shows on the ball are ****ING BRILLIANT

    Tinks sign him up

Iniesta is the best all-round player since Zidane.
Total freak. His though ball for Messi's first goal this morning vs Celta Vigo is all you need to know.

    Love the bloke.

It's rather sad that a bloke of his talents despite being one of the few players ever in the world to score the winner in a WC Final will go down in the grand scheme of things historically way under rated and not on the pedestal he deserves to be.
