Ressies was a good game marred by a incident late in the game didn't see what happen only heard reports so "no comment" first grade bero just looked sharper and want the ball more playing what looked to be a 4-5-1 formation that suits there style of play
Medowie vs merewether
Reserves 1-1 - merewether missed a heap of chances throughout the game. Ref didn't allow Medowie to swap keepers in the last 5-10 mins which was rather strange.
Firsts 2-2 - Medowie scored early and merewether got two back pretty quickly. Merewether keeper saved a pen with 20 odd left. With 10 left merewether player went through on the Medowie keeper but was clipped from behind in the box but as the defender was "off balance and he accidentally clipped him" the ref didn't give a pen. Medowie then scored pretty much with the last kick of the game. Good prediction on that one drunken ranger!

Plattsy vs muswellbrook
Only seen 1sts which ended up 2-2
Plattsy looked to have a lot more possession and control, but muswellbrook were missing a lot of attacking key players again. The dreaded keeper made quite a difference in goals for muswellbrook with too much experience.muswellbrook led 2-1 when plattsy had a player sent off with about 10 to go, not long after plattsy digging deep for the equaliser. Good game in shit conditions

1st grade will be interesting.
Terrace reserve grade have no chance, Olympics ressies are very very strong.
