Canteen? The one in front of the container, albeit a makeshift one...
We knew from the start of the season that there was going to be a sh!t fight facilities wise for one ZPL home game around the time of the slab pour (which should be this week)
It just happened to be crappy weather and we made do with what we had pop up marquee wise. I was quite surprised when I finally rocked up to see what was set up with all of the above considering.
It should all be good come the Cardiff games (9th Aug); legal grandstand access included.

First grade match up was of good quality. The Eagles should wrap up top spot from here. Cookers need to show more consistency if they want to play finals football. Expectedly the in ground facilities were shiithouse for the home team. Once the renovations are completed I hope to see keg beer and pig on the spit.
    We have been saved.

My opinion is that it wont change from how it sits now.

    1st New Lambton
    2nd Mayfield
    3rd Cooks Hill
    4th Wallsend

Its interesting though, 5 weeks ago i probably wouldnt have put cookers and wallsend in there but they seem to have hit form at the right end of the season when teams like dudley, barnsley and swansea have been getting some pretty bad results.

I prefer to disagree with some of your predictions leftrightout. Wallsend seem to be gaining good form currently. Two wins and two draws in the last four matches. Cooks Hill seem to be slipping. 2 losses, a draw and a win. Cooks Hill are away to Barnsley this weekend. Barnsley pounded them 6-1 in the first round. Swansea, Barnsley and Dudley can put pressure on the finals make-up starting this weekend.
    We have been saved.

Lets hope they do to make it nice and tight in the run home.
Would love to go into the last round with 4 or 5 teams battling for the final 2 spots in the semis.

The order of matches was changed late Wednesday i believe.

    1-1 First Grade.

    Midweek 3rd Grade game:
    New Lambton 4-kahibah 0.

New Lambton's fixtures at Alder park v Uni Mens FC scheduled for today have been cancelled due to the weather/ ground condition. Id assume the game will be played next weekend.

Tough day at the office for Swansea against wallsend
    Thirds:7-1 wallsend
    Ressies:7-0 wallsend
    Firsts:6-0 wallsend
All grades could've gone half a dozen goals more in wallsends way to be honest, not sure how many people Swansea had out though..must've been heaps..

Yep Swansea were contenders going on the early-mid season results. The Eagles have been the bench mark with Mayfield next in line. From there a number of teams are jockeying for 3rd and 4th spot going into the final run.
    We have been saved.

New Lambton have been the team to beat all year IMO but Wallsend unbeaten in something like 7 games I think, could prove hard to beat come finals time. Should be a great end to the season! Cardiff all but relegated?

I totally agree with your assessment regarding the Eagles and the Red Devils. Only one or two teams are out of finals contention. The ZPL competition imo is well above the other zone league comps as far as overall quality on the park is concerned.

The New Lambton Eagles will be holding their 'Old Boys Day' on the 16th August at Alder Park (fixture v Wallsend).
We hope to see a big crowd to watch two in form teams battle it out.
