liverpool are rated better than a whole bunch of teams actually in the competition, and ones who have actually competed in the competition for the last couple of seasons.
i get it, it's uefa and not just champs league (but i expect this comment only from pool supporters).

If it is based on the last 2 years, then the ranking system is flawed. Liverpool should not be classed higher than Man City. Even then, 17 is too high at the moment in my opinion.Originally Posted by pv4

I wonder what time frame this is based on. I know it has the last 5 years so I assume that is taken into consideration.
