Tarek needs to get to a charger sooner rather than later.

Two completely different things. Being notified whether you are in the team or just getting basically a "well done" for a good performance.

If you have been training with the first team squad all week and even announced in the initial 17 or 18 man squad for the weekends match, it should be at the very least common courtesy to receive a phone call from the coach that you have not made the final squad of fifteen and a reason given....not to just receive a ****ing text message. This is all part of the "man-management" part of coaching where the coach is supposed to make every player in the squad feel that they are important and a part of the club, even if they aren't actually playing.
Where a coach doesn't make an effort to sit down and talk with a player and discuss with him where he can impove in order to make the team, and instead just sends a text message that to me is a lazy coach who doesn't give a **** about his players and creating a good, positive team environment where everyone can excel.

Okay if you want to discuss what happened with Tarek 3 years ago, fair enough go for it but I just thought we have much more serious things happening at the club at the present time to discuss.

No, a few other guys brought up the Tarek/GVE messages, If you go over again what was said I am clearly stating that they are completely different situations and basically there is NO comparison.

Yep this has happened this season....oh but there are some that will say that Griffo, Kew and co. were sacked because they were troublemakers, trying to undermine the coach. As the days turn into weeks and the weeks turn into months since the sackings it is becoming more and more apparent that Griffo, Kew and co. were frustrated along with the rest of the players at the total lack of, how would you put it....coaching nous on all aspects.....from a rookie who was well out of his depth at this level. It's apparent that he likes "yes men", once you question his methods or ways....you are gone!!! This is his plan for "moving forward", the way he is "planting the seeds for the future" so that he wants players to not question him or his methods because that undermines and exposes his failings as a coach. From the players who are still left if I could ask them two questions it would be....1) Under coach Stubbins this season how would you rate your development as a footballer? 2)Do you feel he has aided your development so that you feel that you have progressed to the next level?
After all isn't that, apart from getting results, isn't that what a coach is about? It is obvious he has failed in the "results" department and I am willing to bet my house on it that not one player has benefited from his coaching in terms of development either.

He's not there to develop players, it's a professional league, he is there to get the best out of an individual that he has signed, has he achieved that, NO.

Can't believe that dick head last night. Team under the pump just before half time ball goes out and the dick head kicked it back so they could take a quick throw. Anyone with half a brain gets out of its way and allows his team time to regroup whilst the opponent is looking for a ****ing ball
