Watched Wreck It Ralph last night. Loved it, lots of references that non-nerds or younger kids wouldn't get at all.

If you want a movie that you can switch your brain off for a couple of hours and really enjoy can i please recommend Fast and Furious 5.
(ok stay with me here lads, i know you're laughing right now).
I think I've seen most of the first one in this franchise and thought nothing more of it until someone recommended this. You dont have to see the other ones to know whats going on. As I said its no masterpiece but if you like movies like Die Hard etc that are entertaining and know how to not take themselves too seriously then give it a look. The Rock is in it and does pretty well.
I also think that the final chase scene stacks up against just about any movie of its kind. Its really quite amazing.
so as i said, switch your brain off, turn the sound up and enjoy.
oh and this chick is in it, and she is amazing.
Just watched Bernie. Jack Black is absolutely brilliant, fast moving up my list of favourite actors.
Just saw Into Darkness. Very good, Cumberbatch was excellent.

Thought Zero Dark 30 was ok.
Obviously you know the ending but it's pretty well made.
Saw the other movie about the end tonight... The World's End. ****ing loved it, better first impression than when I first saw Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz so expecting it to be even better on repeat viewing.
