Its not really the club, its the FFA. The FFA have mandated that the active supporters (or home end) needs to be in a bay which can have reserved seating so numbers can be tracked as well as dedicated exits to enable control of the flow of supporters in and out.
Which means that until the Southern Hill is all seater, its out as an alternative.
