I take it there will be no comment though on my claim that Tommy Juric is a poor mans Matt Simon???

I just cringe when I remember how poor his touch and finishing was in Brisbane where he cost us two goals personally a competent player would have taken.

    Can't believe anyone rates him
Who have I plugged that you would consider hasn't been "right"?

Apart from Juric, that is (who I still believe is our long-term option to replacing Cahill).
    OK

Just having a look at some info on We Lei, Chinese number 10 who caused some headaches. Gee its impressive.
23 years old already has 179 appearances for Shanghai East Asia, 76 goals. Played his first professional game at 14 years old. Since he has been there the club has risen from div.3 to Chinese super league.

agree that it will be back in CONCACAF soon. Austalia won't be getting a world cup till 2030 at the earliest
2026 I would imagine is going to American and Canada
2030 is pretty much locked into be in Uruguay as it would be 100 years since the first World Cup.
2034 is the earliest we can get it, though I fear Fifa will try something along the lines of what Europe are doing for the Euros and will spread it across Europe
2038 is our best bet IMO.

I think China will be ahead of us, even Japan or Korea again. I just cant see Australia getting it as long as i am alive and i plan on living well past 2038.

    2026 USA
2030 Europe / England (Because they don't seem to do 3 WC in a row outside the old continent)
    2034 Africa / Morocco
    2038 South America / Argentina
    2042 Europe / Italy
    2046 Asia / China
    + 24 years (2070) / Australia (But I be dead)!!!

Not Certain Uruguay in this day and age is a big enough place to hold it particularly on their own.

They only really have 1 city of note, a population of 3 million or so, their stadiums are well behind standards required and they don't have the wealth Qatar would have to throw at it to fix their issues.

Noble idea but can't see it happening unless it is a shared WC between them and Argies with maybe Brazil chipping in???

Other than Brazil or Argentina I wouldn't expect any other Sth American country to get it on their own these days.

Asia has the 2022 so by "FIFA rules" another Asian nation cannot host another WC until 2034.

    2026
America have it nailed down as Europe and Asia can't host and South America seem to be putting all their eggs in the 2030 basket.

    2030
You would be correct in the prospect of Argentina/Uruguay WC
    http://www.argentinauruguay2030.com/?m=1

Chile wants to join in on the bid also
    http://m.firstpost.com/sports/chile-...0-1787593.html

    2034
Would be between Asia and Europe as no other African nation other than South Africa has the resources, infrastructure or money to do it, the logistics of a joint African bid will not come together quite well either. Europe would more than likely have the edge due to Asia hosting 2022.

    2038
So with Europe hosting 2034 Australia will have to convince Asia to back them and not China, Japan, Korea, India ect no easy feat.

But knowing how FIFA works the price of Ice will go through the roof and Antarctica will buy the bids.

Was it a 2nd yellow for diving? At the ground and wasn't sure of the red card.

    Atmosphere is amazing
