From what I hear Magic are planning on doing further improvements around Magic Park. They will be in need of a good bricklayer, so the chances of Chill being shown the door are odds on with a grand final being played at Darling Street.
Northern wouldn't allow Darling St. to host a Grand Final, the ground would never cope with the crowd. Edgy did a good job last year but the crowd was down on previous years. Magic have the best local ground to host the Grand Final, hence that's where its played.
