I underestimated Lakes - they did better than I was expecting from 19s and up.
Even the 17s game on the Sunday I thought they were unlucky not to win - two shots hit the cross bar early and they conceded at the death.

I think you are about right on your predictions , but I think the two 17s semis could go either way , Cooks hill kept Kahibah goal less first semi, giving the Cooks hill boys renewed hope, and Wallsend were all over Lakes in the last 15 minutes, both forwards running straight down the guts of Lakes , causing lakes some dramas thus giving away a penalty with some panicked defending .
