there will be exceptions, but usually the best are over 6ft

I do not know what qualifications you have to be assessing quality of keepers but if height is your only criteria then you will miss some quality players in this position. While being tall allows you to gather some crosses better most of the shots are in the area where the height of the player is irrelevant. You also have to consider the vertical leap capability of the keeper which can be dramatically different, and in some cases negate the height difference. You also need to look at speed, reaction time, ability to reset quickly, distribution, capability with left and right foot, organisation of defence. Once you assess all these then make the determination of who is the better keeper.

I thought you were looking for some perspective on keepers and what makes a good one rather then just the assumption if they are over 6 foot they are good. Obviously you are one of those who thinks Archie from Magic is a better keeper then Swancott because he has a few inches height on him. I'll be sure to pass on any more useful information to your proctologist so he can whisper it in your ear at your next appointment.
