The matter was dealt with by the appropriate authorities and therefore case closed. I'm not saying I necessarily agree with the outcome, and he should have been hit with a longer suspension in my opinion.
Having said that, Northern are showing how incompetent they are yet again, by punishing someone based on a media article - AMATEURS!!

This is not the first time that the Federation have suspended people for comments to the paper. A couple of coaches have been suspended by the federation for comments made to the paper.
ridiculous. If a junior is good enough they'll make the jump regardless. Some npl teams are more supportive to their juniors than others.

It would appear that Northern are looking to punish someone based on what they said to the media.
