I watched game on Bar TV and Zane could be heard through mic. I was shocked to hear how much coaching he was having to do from sidelines. Constantly telling players where to be and what to do. For players at that level and age, I would have thought they would have known the game by now.
Goalkeeper would of been either pierce clark or noah james
as long as he is giving good information, i think that is good IMO. The kids are still developing. I mean every player can learn something. Maybe he is trying to drill in good patterns to them?
Yes i know they need to think on their own. But this speeds them along. Better than the kids thinking dumb things and never being corrected.

Zane must have overlooked telling them a lot of stuff at training, yelling from the sideline isn't coaching, it's encouraging players to make the coaches mistakes. The players have got to make their own mistakes before the coach teaches them the alternatives in that situation, that's coaching. Like school ,all the school work leads to the exam[which is the same as game day], if the teacher is no good there's gunna be a fail and all the yelling and screaming of the teacher doesn't fool anyone.
So I take it by now they have mastered the art of kicking off??
