We knew we were going back to A-grade, no issues from us with it, but we wont be dominating this season, I can see a continuation of our 2017 finals form. When we dropped last year, I still thought we would snuggle given we lost our midfield. In the end we didn't until the finals came along.
Few new signings this year, but a few big loses in the squad as well. Age and injuries suck.
Time will tell how we go, I'm actually excited about the season even though we will struggle. I'd rather struggle in A than clean up in B.
At least Saturday has an A-grade, not like Friday night where no one wanted A-grade so the associations skipped it.
What I do wish though was that the 6 team comps were scrapped in the higher divisions. Push teams forward and if there has to be a 6 team comp, put in the bottom division.
