They will recommend clubs pay an allowance to some club roles.
Funded of course by the clubs.
And appointing such a position must be approved by NNSWF, whom charge an application fee, and administration fee as they will be the ones making the transaction between clubs and “employees” because leaving clubs in charge of it would just be another job for already under the pump clubs to manage. So really NNSW are making it easier.

Didn't the Lambton Jaffers give someone a part time role for a year or so a while back? Was that person ran through NNSW or just the Jaffers?
