What example would they be setting if they stand behind him and try to defend it. But I do feel GREED will get the better of Magic and they will try and get him out of it. A shocking act that may have no consequences. I hope he is punished. And fair credit to the player who was spat on not to carry on about it. If it had of me I am not sure I would have been so reserved.
To spit on someone on purpose is a grub act.
If Broadmeadow allow their players to spit on opposition players and get away without sanctioning them it is their call.
That’s why Northern have to act because the club won’t if it was a fringe first grader they may have but not their marquee player. Northern have said they won’t use video to judge on foul play this is not that and the video evidence is damning. This is a big big test for Nisbet at Northern and Magic President Foteff. Just looked up the FFA regulations and the minimum sanction is 5 matches + a mandatory match.

Agreed he spat, but you can't tell me 100% from that footage it hit the player and wasn't just on the ground near him (still a shit move but I wouldn't think it's as serious)
