Not surprised that Buds won today, they have been threatening to take a scalp all season. Should have beaten Edgeworth twice this season, should have won against Valentine, could have taken points off Charlestown and Lambton, conceded late goals against Cooks Hill and Lake Macquarie. Today, they had a 17 year old playing in the six, left back is also 17, the majority of this team is 21 and under. Only 4 boys in the starting eleven over the age of 21 (one is 22 and 23)! This is a good team that continues to get better.

Not sure what’s going on with Dylan Burston, he has now had 5 clubs in 2 years. Edgeworth, Adamstown, Charlestown, Lake Macquarie, Olympic- only played half a season at 4 of them …… Ridiculous!! Lucky for him it will soon be a 12 team comp! Must be collecting jackets!!
