The Dual rego for the conference league in ZL is a different scenario as they are cutting the third grade.

They are allowing players to play down if returning from injury or play up when required. They have created this to assist the transition to less sides in the ZL competition.

Is a great idea for them. Just not something that can be done in the PYL boys and girls comp or the top NPL.
