Both teams would be silly to play full strength sides. Neither team will make the round of 32 so the only thing you gain from it is injuries. It?s a tricky one for teams not in NPL in how to go about it
How would you possibly know neither team would make the round of 32?
Cause neither team are beating Magic, Edgy, Olympic or Azzurri in NPL to name a few so that?s why I know
What a terrible attitude to approach the competition with. By your logic Australia may as well not even bother trying to qualify for the World Cup because we have zero chance of actually winning the thing.
Try and go as far in the competition as you can and give your players the opportunity to test themselves against NPL opposition.
So why enter the comp in the first place ?
