Probably a good lower grade coach but has done very little with senior sides in his tenure at a number of clubs.

Anyone notice with squadi you can no longer see teamlists and match details. Any reason why this feature is no longer?

Watched Thornton v Southey on Sunday entertaining game for 70 minutes both teams attacking and looked like scoring regularly but the last 20 minutes SC leading 4-3 was ATROCIOUS- Southey 10 players behind ball kick it long & hard tactic and Thornton plonk it long into box EVERY TIME was absolute rubbish - clearly no good tactics from the Thornton coach ( who has no idea ) to try something like playing football with the space - both teams will stay bottom of table
Thornton need a big shift with some players who played every game for 4 points!!

Wonder is Perry will give Body another call seeing if he will take on the shipwreck?.

Can?t see him hanging around if they lose to Kahibah Singo and Lakes in the next 3.

Toronto signing another npl local, another strong performance from them this week. Southy were ugly at best

Southy's committee did great by giving their coach enough time to implement his vision and get them competitive. However; I reckon the committee gambled on a dead horse by the looks of it.

It would be tough for many defences to handle that front 5 of the Stags, but that Southy defence last night from what I saw were completely not up to it - and their midfield were not helping the cause at all. Any team given that much space and freedom in the front third are going to punish Southy. I've rated Southys high pressing game the last few years but it looks like their back 6 needs some serious work.
    OK

No McPherson, Maxwell, Winslade either. With one or maybe two NPL locals putting feelers out to come back. Massive depth. One game at a time. Lakes Friday night at home.

They have to thank Thornton for being one level worse than them.
