Stockton have done incredibly well to try and rebuild their first grade from literal scratch after a lot of their other first graders have moved on too. If managed well they'll stay in ZL1 for the next couple of seasons. A lot of work to do if they want to challenge finals though.
Lets not pretend its the same Croatia the ZL1 clubs have had to deal with. I dont recall any ex A-league players running around with last seasons Croatia.
