The Kahibah team competing in the conference league (formerly known as 3rd grade) after an average start to the season followed by horrendous weather accumulated in quite a few catch up matches and impressively they ended the season on a 5-6 match winning streak which included playing about 5 matches in 9 days and winning them all to sneak into the finals.

Interesting that this turn in form appeared to kick in just after Kahibah 1st grade secured promotion to NPL next season. It must have been really inspiring for the Kahibah third graders having their new fm comrades able to attend matches and passionately cheer them on from the sidelines.
    Lol

Nearly every one of them either played first or ressies over the last few years for Kahibah and dropped back to conference league because of work. As those senior teams have been strong for a number of years it is no surprise that when all are available they are good.
Its actually ironic that you say this because according to multiple reports your sons team are also one of the most despicable, arrogant, ill disciplined and ungracious teams to ever play in the zone league. However I guess the old saying is true. The apple never does fall far from the tree.

Going to take some getting used to when discussing zone league 1 finals and not hearing the teams Dudley or Cardiff mentioned.

Sorry but that tag is taken by the red and yellow youth club in Newy. You may claim the 2nd lowest though.

with all these claims of players filtering down, which happens every year btw, I take it these movements although not in the spirit of the competition, have been applied so they still fit within the rules of of the competitions?

Big finals game for Cardiff in Res grade this weekend I wonder if they can defeat the Suns & then get past Kotara for a place in the grand final.

Great effort from Dudley finishing top of the pile in conference. Huge finals match up for them next week against Kotara or Suns

Maybe. There is a 50/50 chance there might be a good idea.

Myer park will be fine. Uni on the other hand is on a swamp and has terrible drainage.

Let's hope there is a plan in place. LMRFF should become available if required

In the event that the PYL grand finals are not able to be played on grass at Alder Park and Fearnley Dawes, NNSWF is moving them to LMRFF. Ground inspections happening at both parks tomorrow.

You know they say you should avoid driving through flooded areas. Myer Park will be fine, the Suns boys know what they?re doing. A nice, juicy Kebap Snack Pack at Myer on Saturday is definitely on the cards.

LMRFF has had the C division PYL grand finals moved there already on Saturday & is on standby for the girls (Saturday), B division & A division (both Sunday) so doubtful it will be available this week.
