Just goes to show trial form ( and state cup is trials this early) means f@$k all as the two clubs who had the best trial results suffer 1st round losses ( I hear muswellbrook lost ) and a real wake up call for westlakes to be smashed 4.1 at home. You dont get promoted getting pumped at home....... Unless the above is a typo

Res 1-1 Didn't see much of the game so won't comment
First 1-1
Tenambit took the lead late in the first half. First half quiet even in possession.
Second half Uni controlled a fair chunk but did little to test the keeper. Got their goal thru a very poor penalty decision by an "official ref" who showed up out of the blew. Both keepers had little to do.

apparently Westlakes players, coaches, supporters, a few merewether players & merewether coaches didn't see the funny part either. everyone was in full agreeance at the end of the game
