The decision to overturn an offside call made by the home team's club linesman, by a static referee who was nowhere near the defensive line changed the game. That can't be argued and you are wasting your time if you try. However, Muswellbrook weren't good enough on the day to deserve the three points, but one point might have been salvageable had it not been for that woeful, disgraceful decision.

The fact our striker rounded the keeper wide and hit the post, 2 1 on 1's saved (great saves by the way, especially the second) did change the game. coulda been 6-1ok sorry 6-2.

Not sure if they were at full strength, but Bero ZL3 are quality opposition. They knocked Warner's Bay off last Wednesday night and looked really sharp!!

take nothing away from beresfield zl3. but warnersbay arent the zpl champs they were. They will be a near bottom of the table zpl side . Also even then a source from in that club said they didnt even play there full strength squad against bero. Used it more like a trial game.

because so many neutrals head to zone league games, plus because away tripping to muswellbrook is such a regular thing for local football fans to do, it's worth noting that mussy v westlakes at the eagles nest this weekend was originally scheduled for sunday but has been changed to saturday at normal times. if we could all keep the levels of panic down to a minimum, that would be great.
Agree here. Make no laugh about it. Should've been up in league 2 playing against them this year. Certainly have the quality to match it with the league 2 boys.
