Always liked how southy tried to develop locals and give discards from other clubs a chance.So who went out and tried to sign a comp winning 19s this year ignoring locals? Just seems strange

If i were struggling nbn 19s team coaches id be scouting some players for next year from maitland 19s who are dominating. Might sound random but lots of people could back me up when i say that there is some quality young blokes playing there.

4or 5 of those kids are locals, 4 I know live in walking distance to the field. Credit to the club for bringing them in from other clubs.

Maitland has the potential to be a massive club in the nbn competition.
Massive junior base and there seems to be success across all three grades this year

Majority players they signed played there jnrs at southy. So it was more bringing them back and credit to them.

Absolutely !! To be fair to Bradbury the jets were poor and he didn't get many
Opportunities but Matt Willks is a class defender.
