    What is the go with Newcastle traffic of late?

    Left home at 7:50am and didn't get to Nelson Bay Road traveling via the bypass until 8:30. Seriously the traffic was banked up from before the Cardiff exit on the bypass.

    WGMG - hotels, somehow.

    In Sydney for work for 3 days, get put up in hotel. Feel like absolute shit, this rubbish ****ing climate controlled dry as a ****ing bone air in this room is killing me. Woke up with a shredded throat and bloody nose this morning.

    Same thing happened to us when we went to Canberra for the pre-season match. Woke up feeling like rubbish
