as you will almost never get an answer
the club is cutting costs wherever it can i.e. lack of ground staff, closing the top tier, etc.
they advertised heavily through there mail and social media channels pleading with people to pre-purchase tickets due to this fact, although they were never going to say it was because of a lack of staff.
I was actually surprised at the sheer numbers of people queueing up to actually buy tickets for the game. Must have been 300-500 in the queue easy.
Considering we have dirt cheap membership our form hasn't created it I was baffled as to why so many people out there buy tickets on a game by game basis. Considering also the prices were in the $20 plus -$36 general admission I am surprised so many do this.
Also the thing with this is tickets can be bought in advance these days with internet etc
at jets expense though?
It used to be the ticketing company. I assume it would be Ticketmaster's responsibility to staff the booths. Maybe the ticketing company cuts staff on game day because they get no money from season ticket holders and they make up such a high percentage of the crowd these days.

Actually did notice a shitload of young kids there Saturday. All decked out in their Jets gear and madly infatuated with the rabble of shite we pass of as genuine HAL standard professional footballers
None of them old enough to be able to remember us actually having a side who wasn't shit either. Really should be looking at rectifying this and actually capturing their hearts and minds properly with a decent side playing good football before they realise we are shit and a ****ing lost cause.
