I wholly respect everybody's right to engage in whatever risk taking behavior they feel comfortable doing.
I also have no confidence that the level of intelligence in the general population is always high enough to guarantee community safety for all.
Unfortunately most times we have to acknowledge worst case scenario is always a possibility.
