I have seen a huge improvement in terms of work off the ball and defensive commitment. Two hallmarks of teams with a Commitment. Didn't see much of that earlier in the season- the laziness and lack of defensive effort going back a couple of months was non existent and very obvious. There has been a lot of positive changes recently. tactically still poor but minus the divisive types.
