This too small argument is rubbish. Cahil was given the same stick. How tall is Messi and other world class players. If Clut wants it enough and works hard no reason he cant make a big impact in this league

Unbelievable, a few weeks ago, everyone was raging because we don't make a move on players before other clubs do, and we end up with the dregs.

We finally move before anyone else does, on a decent signing, for once.. And everyone is shitting on the guy.


Fact is, Brisbane offered him a new deal, we offered a better deal and we're convenient because we're close to his family, so he came here.
Guy is a first 11 player in almost every squad, yet because we sign him, he's an NPL quality player all of a sudden.



P.S Nathan Burns and Goodwin are both playing in better leagues than the Aleague. They actually had to LEAVE a club to go and play for another club. F$%king astonishing.

Ironically, I think personally that Clut had his best showings for us when being played as a false 9 / striker. I don't think he has played as well when put in 10 (presumably his favoured position)

How does Jesic scoring 3 goals in Jeffers first 3 games sound, or 4 goals in 6 games? Jesic was a hack but in Jeffers first guest stint 2010/11(played 9 of 10 games from memory) he made Jesic look lethal. Jesic only scored 6 goals for the Jets and 4 were in Jeffers guest stint.

Jeffers second stint was decidedly different.
