The retention of him along with ugarkovic and Jackson, extending Brown and convo started with Nabbout about extending it's good to see us doing positive business.

It's scary. Maybe it's why this place is quiet

That's 4 x CB's signed for next season (Boogs, Jackson, Koutroumbis & Alessi). Even if Alessi is RB cover, I am comfortable with that and happy for Mullen to be let go and his money used elsewhere

It should also spell the end for Kanta you would think considering Koutroumbis can play DM.

Jones has said he doesn't want players with injury history. Goodbye Kanta, goodbye Haliti.

I suspect it was a gentlemans agreement between AUFC and Jones not to poach NYL players. Youth contracts like he was under at AUFC are not binding.

When did ugarkovic re-sign? How long for? Or did he just get offered a deal?

Fantastic news the club have re signed Johnny K

Bloke has deserved a deal well before now

ON a more pressing note. When are the club going to announce they have locked Home Grown Jones in for the future??

That to me a much more pressing issue.

Look good for Ledman if he actually puts his endorsement on Jones for some more stability

The Jets are actually at a point now where they don't look like the least attractive option for players to sign.
Johnny K continuing his career at Newcastle rather than going back to Adelaide shows just how far the Jets have come since Jones took over.
